I am super excited to share The Morning Win with you. Inspired by Hal Elrod’s The Miracle Morning, these daily practices help busy moms like you and me start every morning with a WIN. It’s amazing that a few simple practices can dramatically change the way your day unfolds!
Now, I know you’re busy. The last thing that you want to do is add something to your morning routine. I get it. You scarcely have a routine as it is! Sometimes getting dressed and brushing your teeth are all you can manage to get out the door and make it to work on time.
That’s why The Morning Win is for you. It’s not adding time to your morning routine, it’s structuring your morning routine with winning practices that support you. Work it for a while and it will become part of you. Starting your day with six wins energizes you and enables you to get the most out of your day. And if you get stuck, I’m here to support you.
How it started…
From March 27 – April 2, I shared a short video every morning outlining the six practices of The Morning Win on Facebook (you can still watch them!). To make adopting these practices easier on all of us, I created a 1-page blueprint of The Morning Win for you to print. I recommend posting it somewhere easy to see – perhaps on your refrigerator, or by your mirror.
The Morning Win is simple. Work these six practices into your morning and feel the transformation!
